lazy sandwich'es

i just thought of the tittle for these sandwiches as they have no real effort what so ever..... i ate these sandwich at one of our relatives in india ... very simple and very quick and easy.
all you need is bread, onions chopped, tomatoes chopped and spices such as cumin powder, mangopowder(amchur),salt, parika powder or even flakes will work, you can add some coriander chopped or basil or parsley anything you may have available.and this time i added little bit cheese,i addded some shredded cheddar and mozarella cheese.so you take onions, tomatoes, cheese and all spices mix them all in bowl and then add chopped coriander.now take one slice of bread spread the mixture not too much not too less... and then put other slice of bread on top of it.put the sandwich in sandwich maker and apply some very little bit of oil,pam or ghee, either one, and then let it get all crispy and brown and its ready to be eat.i didnt feel like doing lot of work i think its very easy and no effort at all.so enjoy! and do leave comments if you try it. thanks

veggie boca burger

again simple recipe and nothing  much to do if you have all the ingredients handy in your home.
all you need is mayo, ketchup, cheese slice, some lettuce or even any kind of salad if you have will work, onions sliced(round),tomatoes sliced(round),pickles.veggie boca burger patties(from frozen section),and burger buns any kind works.

so i let the frozen patties thaw before hand i just leave them outside few hours before i cook.if i forget i end up frying them directly,so you take a pan drizzle some olive oil and then put the patties and drizzle some more oil on top of patties.then just let them stay on pan on slow gas.as they melt and becomes softer.and then i just heat the burger buns on same pan i just heated my patties .now on top bun i put some mayo and bottom one i put ketchup, then i put the pattie, cheese slice, onions, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce leaves or salad leaves.and then you just close the bun and eat it hot.with french fries.

BEAN ENCHILADA

I LIKE TO COOK AND I THINK ITS VERY FUN TO COME UP WITH NEW INTERESTING RECIPES OF YOUR OWN.MY COOKING IS NOT AT ALL MEASURED , I ONLY MEASURE THINGS WHEN I AM BAKING SOMETHING OR MAKING SOMETHING NEW, OTHERWISE I HAVE BAD HABBIT OF JUST DOING IT WITHOUT MEASURING ANYTHING WHILE I COOK.IT GIVES ME SENSE OF PROUD AND ENLIGHTMENT ABOUT MYSELF AND I AM SURE OTHERS FEEL SAME TOO.WELL I AM NOT GREATEST COOK BUT I THOUGHT TO START THIS BLOG WHICH I PLAN TO FILL WITH WHATEVER DISHES THAT I WILL COOK EVERYDAY.THEY WILL BE VEGETARIAN AND EASY AND SIMPLE AND MOSTLY QUICK.

SO TODAY I MADE THESE ENCHILADA'S , IT WAS INSPIRED BY THIS LOCAL RESTAURANT WE HAVE IN MICHIGAN.I DONT KNOW HOW MANY INGREDIENTS I ACTUALLY ADDED AS THEY DID BUT HERE IS MY VERSION OF BEAN AND VEGETABLES ENCHILADA'S.

 5 TORTILLAS
REFRIED BEANS-LITTLE LESS THAN 1 CAN
VEGETABLES -ONIONS,GREEN BELL PEPPERS,RED BELL PEPPERS(I ADDED WHATEVER PEPPERS I HAD AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME)
SOME OIL
TACO SEASONING-HOT
MEXICAN CHEESE
ENCHILADA SAUCE-1CAN

SO YOU TURN ON THE OVEN ON 375DEGREES(PREHEAT),NOW IN A PAN YOU ADD SOME OIL , AFTER ITS HOT ADD SLICED ONIONS,SLICED PEPPERS AND THEN AFTER THEY ARE COOKED(IT SHOULDNT TAKE MORE THAN 5-7 MINS FOR THEM TO BE COOKED), THEN YOU ADD REFRIED BEANS AND SOME TACO SEASONING AND IN THEN END WHEN YOU TURN OFF THE GAS OF THE PAN ADD SOME CHEESE. NOW TAKE TORTILLA;S, PUT IT ON A PLATE , NOW IN MIDDLE PUT BEANS MIXTURE AND YOU CANT ADD TOO MUCH OR TOO LESS IT DEPENDS ON SIZE OF TORTILLA;S YOU HAVE.AND THEN WRAP IT UP NICELY.
NOW IN A DISH YOU SPREAD SOME ENCHILADA SAUCE AND SOME CHEESE  NOW PUT YOUR ENCHILADA;S AND THEN PUT REST OF THE SAUCE AND CHEESE HOW MUCH YOU LIKE TO EAT AND LIKE MY DISH WAS SMALL SO I HAD TO THEM IN COUPLE LAYERS SO MAKE SURE DONT ADD THE WHOLE SAUCE UNTIL ALL YOUR ENCHILADAS IN THE DISH.
AND NOW YOU CAN LEAVE IT IN OVEN FOR 15 MINS AND THEY ARE DELICIOUS.
TO BE CREATIVE YOU CAN ADD GROUNDED BEEF OR SMALL PEICES OF CHICKEN IN THE BEAN MIXTURES WHEN YOU FRYING THE VEGETABLES.

I WOULD REALLY LOVE SOME COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS IF ANYONE EVER TRIES IT.

THANKS
